The bubble landscape is coming into focus now.  There were a couple adjustments from last night’s action, with Kentucky and Baylor relisted as Near Locks.  The asterisk denotes a predicted league winner, we don’t think Alabama State is really a lock – only their league is.  There are Near-Locks and Bubblers listed in the Land of the Locks, so if someone else jumps up to grab the auto bid, the team goes back to its Bubble Tracker assignment and the available bubble bids grow smaller. The lesson here is that the bubble is pretty weak – and pretty small.  At least 57 bids are pretty much spoken for, and that is controlling for zero surprises.
