Why Baylor?

Seriously, why Baylor?  I want this explained to me so that I can understand.

Because right now there is no reason on God's Green Earth that Baylor should even be in consideration for an at-large at this point in the season.  Absolutely no reason.  Look at this selection sheet.  What on there is so impressive?  The win over Oklahoma State (at home) or the win against Colorado (at home)?  I'm not very good at counting, but that is exactly two top-100 wins, both of which are against teams that are not even in major contention for an at-large.  Is it the 320th most difficult non-conference schedule that caught your eye? 

Let's see - 2-5 against the top-100, 2-5 away from home, and they haven't beaten anybody good.  In fact they haven't even played anybody good.  If they weren't supposed to be good this year, they wouldn't even be a blip on the radar screen.  Just admit it.  That's all I want to hear.

As always mid-majors need to have a top-100 RPI to be in consideration, and major conference teams with 100+ RPI’s need to have a really good reason to be in the mix.
